We stand behind our workmanship and are committed to helping you keep your jewellery looking beautiful. You may also send your jewellery to us for professional cleaning and inspection, so we can check the condition of your piece and help maintain its brilliance over time.
This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights and does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not match the agreed specification.
FineDiam Ltd offers a free repair service for confirmed manufacturing defects during the first one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers issues caused by a manufacturing fault only. It does not include accidental damage, physical damage, general wear and tear, or the replacement of centre stones, focal stones, diamonds, or gemstones, unless otherwise agreed by FineDiam Ltd after inspection.
After the first year, repair and servicing options may still be available. However, a reasonable labour, material, and servicing charge may apply depending on the work required.
Many FineDiam items are made to order or customised according to your selected options. This may include, but is not limited to, metal type, ring size, stone type, diamond quality, gemstone choice, setting style, engraving, or design changes.
Made-to-order, customised, personalised, and bespoke jewellery may require additional production time. Any delivery times shown are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing, hallmarking, quality checks, courier delays, material availability, or circumstances outside our control.
Once production has started, made-to-order, customised, personalised, or bespoke jewellery cannot usually be cancelled, returned, or exchanged if you simply change your mind.
This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not match the agreed specification.

Please note: Any repair, resizing, polishing, cleaning, setting adjustment, or alteration completed by another jeweller or third party may void your FineDiam warranty.
Some FineDiam pieces may include unique diamonds, gemstones, or one-of-a-kind stones. If a stone becomes damaged or requires replacement, we will do our best to source a suitable alternative.
However, due to the natural characteristics and availability of stones, the replacement may vary slightly in colour, shape, size, cut, clarity, or type. We will always aim to offer the closest possible match where available.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending jewellery to and from FineDiam Ltd for cleaning, inspection, resizing, servicing, or repair, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For international customers, any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before sending your jewellery to us.
FineDiam Ltd is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a fully tracked and insured delivery service when sending jewellery to us.
We understand that a perfect fit is important. FineDiam Ltd offers one free ring resizing within 30 days of purchase, where resizing is possible and suitable for the design.
After 30 days, resizing may still be available, but a resizing fee will apply.
Most rings can only be resized up or down by a maximum of one (1) full size.
Resizing beyond this limit may affect the structure, setting, appearance, or durability of the ring and may not be possible. If a ring cannot be resized safely, our team will advise you of the available options.
Full eternity rings, where stones are set around the entire band, usually cannot be resized. In suitable cases, we may offer an exchange or remake option in the correct size, subject to inspection, availability, design suitability, and any applicable costs.
In some cases, plain gold bands may be exchanged or remade in the correct size. Any replacement piece will be crafted to maintain the same quality, finish, and design wherever possible.
Bespoke, personalised, engraved, customised, or specially made rings may have resizing restrictions depending on the design. Our team will confirm what is possible after inspecting the piece.
Resizing is only free within the first 30 days of purchase and only where the design allows resizing.
After this period, resizing costs will depend on the metal, ring style, stone setting, size adjustment required, and work involved.
Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs. International orders may also be subject to customs, duties, taxes, and import fees.
Fine jewellery is delicate and may naturally show signs of wear over time. Daily wear can affect claws, settings, clasps, chains, links, polish, rhodium plating, and other parts of the jewellery.
Our specialists will inspect your piece and let you know if any maintenance or repair work is required. If the work falls outside standard warranty coverage, we will explain the repair options and any labour or material charges before proceeding.
We recommend having your jewellery professionally checked and cleaned regularly, especially rings and pieces worn every day.
During inspection, we can check claws, stone security, settings, links, clasps, and the overall condition of the item. This helps reduce the risk of future damage or stone loss.
Cleaning and inspection services may be subject to availability, assessment, and shipping costs.

Once received, our specialists will inspect your piece and provide clear information about the work required, estimated timing, and any applicable costs.
