01 NORMAL DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is stated at the time your order is placed. However, the approximate timescales for items in stock are 1-2 days, whereas all other products, including bespoke jewelry, require approximately 15 working days for delivery.

02 LOCAL LONDON DELIVERY

For orders within London or within a 20km radius, we offer same-day or next-day delivery, depending on order processing time and stock availability.

03 URGENT DELIVERY

If you require an item urgently, you can choose from our extensive range of ready-to-ship items. Orders for stock products with final payment cleared before 3:00 PM will be dispatched the same day for the fastest possible delivery.

04 SHIPPING METHOD

All dispatched goods are fully insured, and we offer free shipping via Royal Mail. However, the carrier may vary depending on the product's value.

05 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Our preferred carrier for international shipments is FedEx, and the goods are fully insured until they reach your doorstep. International buyers are responsible for local custom duties, taxes, and other import charges. Any shipment delays due to non-fulfillment of import obligations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
